Services Provided: Client agrees to the services as outlined in the proposal from By Ash Brand Studio and understands that any subsequent modifications must be agreed upon by both parties and additional fees may apply. Payment Schedule: a. Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost upon signing this Agreement. b. Client agrees to pay 50% of the remaining balance at the midway point of the project, as determined by Designer. c. Client agrees to pay the remaining 50% balance upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are transferred to the Client. Cancellation Policy: a. In the event that the Client cancels the project after signing this Agreement, the Client forfeits the non-refundable deposit paid to Designer. b. If the Client cancels the project after the midway point and before completion, the Client forfeits the non-refundable deposit and any payments made up to that point. c. If Designer cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet obligations outlined in this Agreement, all payments made by the Client will be refunded. Project Timeline: a. Designer will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Client acknowledges that any delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may impact the project timeline. b. Designer will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline, but unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause delays. In such cases, Designer will communicate promptly with the Client to revise the timeline as needed. Ownership and Intellectual Property: a. Upon receipt of full payment, Designer transfers ownership of the final deliverables to the Client. b. Designer retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
